Description:
Elderberry Syrup and Fire Cider, both are remedies that can help the whole family with colds and flu, and are simple and easy to make at home.

Instructor: Julie Stewart
I have a background in herbal studies and ethnobotany, and I am currently working on my Masters in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology. Julie Stewart received her B.A in Nutrition and Medical Ethnobotany from Fairhaven College in 2014, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology from Bastyr University. She has worked for over 10 years in the field of social services, working with a diverse range of clients in a variety of settings. Her love for nutrition and herbalism show when discussing food and foraging. Julie is a PNW native, and resides in Seattle with her family. When she is not busy studying, you will find her outside exploring the forrest.
